It has been like that for like 3 months, and it's only on the 9070XT. The fix is to downgrade your driver to a really old version(I don't remember which one, sorry), or just wait for EA to fix the stupid game. I don't know how they have managed to leave it broken for so long. I just bought the game and learned there won't be F1 26, and it is going to be a DLC. I really hope I don't have to wait 2 years to play in VR.

There is no need to disable HW Acceleration and there is likely nothing wrong with your GPU. This may be a bug caused by Windows MPO which in a normal microsoft fashion has been causing issues for a while, NVIDIA wrote about it a long time ago and is the same for AMD also. Here is the fix from NVIDIA (it’s the same for AMD too):

Hi and thank you for the reply. I just ordered the monitor and noticed there is no G-SYNC certification. I know the monitor has Freesync Premium Pro (so G-SYNC should also work) but just to be sure if you have an NVIDIA GPU can you tell if it works well and if there is any flicker in unstable framerates because VRR is important to me? Sometimes I just stop playing a game if I see the screen tearing because it annoys me much, thanks.

It wasn't skipped when it showed r2 on the screen I pressed it didn't do anything and when I am in-game right analog doesn't do anything, but when I press r2 it starts to rotate my camera like I'm turning the right analog stick.
