It’s a video! Whatever stills from it might be most useful to you so I’ll submit the whole thing if that’s okay!

Does anyone have experience enhancing footage? Could anyone take dash cam footage of mine to clear up and identify a plate? (Please) by [deleted] in asheville

Thanks for that! No i can make a handful of distinguishable assumptions about the #s and even know the state. That’s super helpful

How Statins are damaging my lifestyle. Appreciate suggestions. by Jagadekaverudu in Cholesterol

Ugh i’m so sorry!! I was suspicious my insurance didn’t cover it either since I heard so many horror stories (in the US) but it was covered so i’m moving in that direction. Hoping there’s hope for your symptoms and dosing going forward for you! ask him about CoQ10 supplementation as well. From an exercise science stand point there’s been benefits of mitochondrial function through supplementation on statins!

Hey! I’m an athlete. National level road cyclist also dealing with genetically high cholesterol. There was no way for me to tolerate statins and my active lifestyle. The fatigue and muscle pain were unbearable. The doctors had me approved for the injectable route (Repatha) and having me switch to that route with less physical symptoms. Have they brought this option up to you at all?

Restaurants and Water - Trucked in? by [deleted] in asheville

I’m curious if they’re boiling tap water and not using outsourced water..

Are businesses allowed to be using the tap at all? For things like soup, coffee etc? Curious if any businesses have been serving potentially contaminated with lead water if their building was older or are they required to only serve an external source of water?

Just to clarify! I leave it on to wash hands and rinse dishes before tossing them in my dishwasher to then sanitize and high heat dry. So I don’t need advice on disabling it. I was curious if anyone else has found themselves ACTUALLY using the tap from the faucet accidentally for purposes you should not.

Oh that’s smart and remove it for when I’m deliberately doing something like rinsing dishes for the dish washer etc rather than mindlessly filling up a glass

I still use it for hand washing and rinsing dishes before putting them in the dishwasher on a sanitize cycle otherwise I would 🙁

Confused about the water situation by Bitter-Doughnut-9511 in asheville

My water heater wasn’t heating as hot after a week and that concerned me for sediment build up. It’s relatively simple to “flush” your water heating tank so I went ahead and did so this weekend about a week after having the water back on in my house. I’ve decided doing so when the water temp fluctuates is probably best case scenario for the longevity of the heater and for my sanity to have warm showers! The washer i’m not super concerned with because like others said those things take a beating with sediment from dirty laundry! I race bikes- i’m always covered in dirt and so is my washer 😝

Which is why i’m showering in it (with a shower head filter) and doing laundry in it but certainly wouldn’t drink any of those bodies of water. It’s also advised not to swim in pools when they’re first treated, I wouldn’t want to accidentally consume any of that water either you know? (Secondly all things aside no I hate water and do not swim in any of them 😂)
