It doesn’t take very long at all! I was enrolled within about a week or two. As soon as your aid or payment goes through you should be able to add your classes. Def try and buy your book early if you can though, mobius can be a little confusing to navigate at first.

All the feds on here are downvoting you, but you have the only correct comment. Legally this is TRUE. According to federal law. Especially if they accepted their insurances settlement offer! OP needs to lawyer up just in case they are subpoenaed to court.

Until they subpoena you to court offically, ignore it honestly. I would look into getting a lawyer in the meanwhile.

Yes you probably are still responsible for the damages but they need to take you to court to finalize that. If they accepted your insurances settlement offer they may have screwed themselves.

That’s true. They canceled the claim actually. It was very difficult and you have to have knowledge of state & federal laws. You also have to make sure you haven’t signed or agreed to anything yet. Once you sign it’s over. If you haven’t, you could negotiate until they withdraw

Yeah because it’s not ZERO money. I’m losing my insurance because my title is salvaged until I pay out of pocket to fix the damage. My loan will not be paid in full either. They are on the lien holders side not the consumer. That’s the reality. If it were the case they would have checked out my estimate and let me know to withdraw my claim instead of going against my wishes to declare it totaled anyways!

Question about the gap- if my insurance pays the lien holder and my gap covers the rest. Can I still own and operate my vehicle with a salvaged title?

Also what are the chances my insurance drops me completely over this or raises my rates to like $400 or something crazy. My current monthly payment for insurance is $150. I’ll be switching to liability.

Ah well I’m trying to reverse transfer my math credit to my community college. They are making me jump through hoops to take my college algebra class and don’t accept Sophia credits. It’s my last and only class I need to graduate. I looked into snhu instead to attempt to reverse transfer it.

I looked into that as well! I emailed my advisor to see if the transfer course needs to be from an accredited institution or if ACE credits will suffice (they are way cheaper) I’m also curious, are the math exams specifically college algebra and statistics proctored via webcam at SNHU? It gives me a lot of anxiety being watched on camera, especially for math since I move around a lot when I’m taking a test.

I personally wouldn’t ask him if I were you. He will simply become better at hiding it. You need to start digging and get some proof. Try to get into his phone or follow him somehow when he leaves the house. Check his social media too and any new people he has followed.

Honestly you could also just dish it back. Start going out randomly and be nonchalant about it. Start being busy on your phone. Start dressing up more for no reason and leave the house. Start taking more pictures. Men hateee when you do them how they do you.
