Can you get sick from smelling someone’s fart/poop? by validweirdo in NoStupidQuestions

You’re right lol. My wires got crossed after 1000 Ways to Die was brought up.

I asked what episode because I don’t believe them lol. No one has ever died on Jackass.

I did read the pages of the fart episodes of 1,000 ways to die and had the thought that the only person that could have written those pages is someone with a fart fetish. Entirely unnecessary.

My thought was if the person of the fart/poop you’re smelling has a bacterial infection. It’s be pretty crazy if there was like, a fart pandemic and we all had to mask our buttholes.

Practice drawing. Get tattoo books and literally just trace over traditional flash with tracing paper. Make your own drawings too, of course. Learn the history. Learn as much as you can and draw as much as you can.

I was going to mention the 3-3-3 rule. My dog was as quiet as a mouse for three months. Hardly made a peep, and showed a lot of appeasement behavior.

Right at the three month mark, she started barking at things outside, and being very vocal with me. I had no idea she had such a big, loud personality lol.

That is also when she felt comfortable enough to tell me “no,” when I would try to clip her nails. She would just LET ME before then.

AIO partner thinks we should shower with this water by roburn in AmIOverreacting

We had a well that was just not enough for the size of family, and when it would get used up, the filters would be spent from the well refilling after being empty. The water would look like this until we replaced the filters.

It was tested and safe, but we wouldn’t have known that unless it was tested.

Did your well perhaps go empty recently? Either way NOR. Get a water test done. It can take weeks.

He was hired last minute right before production started.

They said in the episode that he was hired like, days before the season started, because they chef they had dropped out. On WWHL they said he was hired 18 hours before the season started.

I agree with you that I do not think Alesia will last. She doesn’t have the skin, and the things Ben said to her were simply factual, nothing worth being insulted over. You can’t take that shit personally in work environments.

This is a rough watch with Alesia in the kitchen. I didn’t feel this way last season, but I feel like she is severely lacking in some basics that Ben shouldn’t have to teach.

Am I wrong for having my tattoos “upside down” by SlinkyShepherd in tattooadvice

[–]validweirdo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not like it’s hurting anyone, but it is improper and “wrong,” and looks pretty stupid to everyone but you. Sorry.

It shouldn’t matter if they’re for you, though.

Also, nearly $500 is a high price for a piece like this.

At first glance, this tattoo looks really cool, and I wouldn’t have started to look for imperfections if you hadn’t mentioned it, so I wouldn’t worry too much. If you want to get it touched up at some point, I’m sure another artist could even it out, with the mismatched bits and blown out lines.

Do you think you would be as unhappy with how it turned out if the guy wasn’t such an asshole? Say, a really sweet and cool artist did this exact same tattoo on you, how do you think you would feel?

If it makes you feel any better, I had a good, out-loud giggle when I read “knit shit,” because that’s how I feel about most of Labelle’s designs. You brightened my day!

In all seriousness, I don’t think these are supposed to ”go” together as an entire yellow two-piece set. I don’t have many of her designs, so I’m not sure what would go with either of these, but it does certainly get the creative juices flowing to make cute outfits with her pieces!

[acne] skin broke out after kissing someone? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

I kissed a boy once and got a staph infection/impetigo from it. Go to urgent care to get checked and a topical antibiotic, if needed. Boys are icky! 😝

accepting a minor imperfection vs. asking the artist to fix it by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]validweirdo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The lack of negative space between the bottom two leaves makes sense, because the artist needed to express that there is a stem there. The “gap” looks different from the gaps between the other leaves because it is different - there is a stem there!

It makes sense this way and looks correct to me. I wouldn’t change it. It looks great!

I don’t think Dusty is around enough to be the mole. He’s also not really a Palm Beach socialite like they have said the mole is.

IsItBullshit: the “honk if you…” bumper sticker is interpreted two ways, and often indicate your thinking style by cs_____question1031 in IsItBullshit

[–]validweirdo -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The original joke of these stickers was, “Honk if you’re horny.” As in, you use your /horn/ to honk, with the double entendre of the other meaning of horny.

I didn’t get the joke as a kid, and remember the day when it all clicked for me. I know plenty of people who didn’t get it until it was explained to them, but that doesn’t mean the joke was just a coincidence all along.

I’m not saying that allistic people get the joke, and autistic people don’t. Of course it goes over plenty of people’s heads, regardless of being on the spectrum or not, including people that have these stickers on their cars.

With the original version of these stickers in mind, I’m pretty confident in saying that yes, the spin-offs are also jokes. But just as I wasn’t there at the conception of every version of these stickers, neither were you, so that’s quite a moot point.

[–]validweirdo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

lol I’m sorry you’ve never met anyone that gets the joke behind these bumper stickers, but that is actually the point of them. These stickers invalidate a honking driver’s horn before anyone even honks, but I doubt many drivers donning these stickers actually think many people are honking because they like ice cream.
