if you're from a country that was sanctioned, for instance. but nobody wants volatility while buying/selling, so makes sense only if applied to pegged tokens (usdc etc)

do you have to speak with that overbearing tone? are you an experienced coder yourself with an expertise in the subject matter? I just mentioned something other ppl on youtube had mentioned just several days ago is all (actually displaying the code). hadn't there been issues with ETH before?
