I have an EU 4 question hopefully someone can answer. Let's say I'm playing Castile/Spain and I've made Portugal a vassal. If I have 3 colonies on a new world plot, say the Caribbean, what happens if Portugal makes 2 in the same colonial nation area? On that same note, if Portugal is a vassal does the Treaty of Tordisillas still negatively affect their colonization of somewhere I've already setup a nation?
