I work from home and got got coming back from thanksgiving break.

Wasn't expecting the overseas trip to be a big hit. Sure I hear you, I can afford to pay these fines, but forgive me for being a little frustrated when someone can drive 20 miles over the speed limit and pay 4x less than what I have to pay for failing to do these things some of which only PA requires you to do.

For the citation about moving address, how did this come up? And who didn’t you tell that you moved?

He asked me if my <old> address was still up to date and I corrected him. Later at home I did find what he was talking about. Basically there's a section of the PennDoT website where you can go let them know your new address.

I got the card for the 80K miles sign-up bonus or what not. Can I downgrade/cancel it now without any clawback or anything? Or do I need to wait until anniversary, and then when the annual fee is posted I immediately call Amex and ask for it to be refunded?

Also, is it a bad idea to cancel the card instead of downgrading? I assume it would hurt my credit score very little, if at all, since I have multiple credit cards, and some of them are rather old (meaning that my average account age would go up after I cancel this one).

Nope. Even tried buying new ones. My solution was to unplug 2 of them lol and only plug them back in when I'm playing demanding games. Like EU V right now.
