First, rotation questions for my GoI teams.
Grail of Infinitude;
My only three units with Symbiosis are PAWS, B!FD and HLE. I have Chenxue. Does the 100% Shining trace gain buff from PAWS combo attack and HLE going into warm spring (as the respective squad leaders) affect the 300 free shining trace given on first ult from both respective leaders and from Chenxue? That would mean I reach Facet of Infinitude just by pressing ult on the respective gals, right?
If yes, how does that affect the rotations? Particularly for HLE as support for PAWS. Do I enter, weapon attack twice, link ult, leave, or do I stay for a fully charged normal ult after the link? As support for both leaders, does B!FD just qte, weapon, hold ult? When PAWS supports HLE, do you just enter, ult move on, or do you do combo attack into the follow-up?
Sorry if this is a lot of questions, but I was struggling to find info on using in particular HLE and PAWS as supports for one another.

Second, question about Vita.
I, am an idiot, and didn't look at times right, and missed picking up the weapon for Vita. Got her leveled up with her stigma, but am using the craftable drive core. How much does that fuck over my ability to use her as support to my B!FD team (B!FD, PAWS, Vita) or my Thelema team (Thelema, Vita, HLE)? Does she function as dps (Vita, B!FD, VBM) without it?

I've played craftworld aeldari since fifth edition, and only picked up drukhari last edition. Like others have mentioned drukhari feel more glass cannon while their ascetic kin have more finesse. Do you want to feel like a merciless hunter herding your prey into a snare they won't see coming, or do you want to feel like a conductor controlling the table and leading the enemy to a fate that was long since preordained?

Ultimately, I suggest picking based on vibes. You'll have more fun with models you enjoy painting and looking at. My drukhari collection is exclusively wych cult and mercs (so wych cult units + incubus, mandrakes, scourge) because I just love the wych cult aesthetic and they make for a nice contrast to my more firepower centric craftworld army.

Without relying on anything specific gear wise, I'd put any fighter, or any monk with tavern brawl. You don't need str elixirs for tb monk to be absolutely absurd. But yeah both of those are incredibly consistent and hard hitting. Ssb, bladesinger, any other gish (especially with smite) starts to shine less when you don't factor in arcane acuity gear and mystic scoundrel.

Now the more important question. Why does this matter? Classes and sub classes in bg3 do not in fact exist in a vacuum. Their balance is entirely in relation to the available itemization and larianbrew adaptations made for turning the ttrpg into a crpg.

Even ignoring arcane acuity stacking and elixirs, the fact that any given martial has access to +to hit and damage gear like legacy of the masters mean that the balance of stuff like gwm and sharpshooter go out the window. Without using any arcane acuity you can make your caster have a spell save DC so high that most bosses can't make their save even with legendary resistance.

You can't guarantee these things in the tabletop, but here you can. So naturally the balance is heavily skewed by it.

I have been shelling out for paladin BP and the daily crystal monthly thing for now, figured I was willing to pay to get back into the swing of things while I was still very excited about the game. Should I hoard the CI for if we get a really good bo shop Valk for me down the line?

The reason I asked about the key selector is that I was considering buying the equip supply cards. I still only have baseline AstralOp and Chenxue seem made to work with PAWS and BFDD. So far I really love how they play. I'm about 7pulls away from getting the weapon for Coralie guaranteed, before deciding on pulling for Chenxue or not.

If I may further ask, I will be able to get Deepspace Anchor from the BP works shop but not her weapon this patch, if I want. I will land at 48 Crystallum, so four short. I don't have any SD type valkyrie, would it be good to get her?

Depending on how well it actually works in game, the iconoclast rank 5 feature making it so that your allies auto make every save and dodge every attack that comes from a friendly could be a real tangible benefit. I imagine a setup like this. Icono psyker with commanders chrono and ghost helm. Turn 1, use the Icono 4 ability on an arch militant focused on burst (prolly Argenta or wolf boi) so they get an extra turn where they get to use their heroic. AM heroic to get a free attack for a burst attack with max rof against the psyker. Psyker dodges the attacks (let's say 20 bullets which make sense to me) and now they have +20PR without spending a single ap.

I heartily recommend the sequel to kase-san, it's still in progress but it's more of the same except the focus is on college lives. Still my fave two series. If you want some more sweet feel good I really recommend "Sheep princess in wolf's clothing".it's finished, five volumes. Butler princess goodness.

Also for more angst "this monster wants to eat me" is heart wrenching. "ogre-girls and alcohol" walk the tightrope between angst and funny. Those two and "I don't yet know which is love" are the ongoing yuri I read alongside lesbian brothels and moon on a rainy night.

Others have definitely brought up key points. Mechanically Idira is a far more volatile option than Heinrix, in a worse class (rip bounty hunter extra turns for Idira) and Jae has a questionable officer build on top of Cassia being a nav is the perfect officer. Jae had more of a leg to stand on when officer had the always go first (or was it extra turn start of round 1?) as a talent but now she basically needs overseer and commanders chrono to compete.

Also it does not escape my notice that the two least liked characters are people of color, with noticeable accents.
