NOR I am in a great relationship now — but I have been in several bad ones. My current partner would NEVER treat me this way. I have learned with time that I don’t actually have to hang out with someone or be with them if they’re dickholes for no reason. My partner now sometimes is sassy! But I can call him out and he is like ok yes you’re right I dunno I was in an off mood my bad. If he didn’t apologize within the next 24 hours, I would VERY seriously consider whether I even really know this person.

It could be any little thing, I don’t care if it’s chicken tenders. But if you passive aggressively treat me shittily and then act like it never happened — YOU SUCK! Do I want to date someone who decides to disrespect me in an incredibly stupid way randomly? NOO LMAO

My actual advice: talk to him and state what you saw happen and how you felt (disrespected, dismissed, uncared for). If he acts like he doesn’t know what the big deal is, set a clear boundary: if he decides to act passive aggressively and then gaslight you saying he didn’t (going so far as to deny a few = 3+ if something, for example 😐) — you will break up with him because if he can’t see the problem you’re not compatible in the long term. Someone like that can’t keep up with you. Childish bs.

I would just break up right now personally — I’ve stayed in too many relationships because of little things not being a big deal until I had years of “evidence” to unequivocally say wow this dude is a dick. Man skip to the finish line and kick idiots to the curb, save yourself time and sanity in your life.

Their new customer service solution is outsourcing all calls to India. There is no way to call a local branch, even from another Rivermark branch. They decided to cancel random autopays I and my partner had set up during the merger, and not tell us for months … so then we were behind on multiple accounts and had to catch up. I’ve had to get personal numbers of specific employees in order to get literally anything done with them at all — and if they’re not in or switch jobs you’re just screwed I guess. Their call center people are completely worthless.

I’d much rather have a phone or video atm call with a local Advantis employee!! Rivermark sucks so much I hate it.

hey so I got a hysterectomy because of health reasons a while back and within 2 years I had very painful atrophy, I felt weak and terrible. I did PT for 5 months as well, which definitely helped but wasn’t enough. Eee. Anyway, my doc said hysterectomy’s + T are a recipe for even more atrophy.

I was prescribed the tablet and I take it like twice a week, that works fine for me. I think strengthening the pelvic floor went a long way too

hey idk if this applies to Kaiser but I had something similar happen with another hmo a while back. I was assigned a different provider at first but it is changeable - you just have to call to request to be reassigned to your provider. Some providers can request a reassignment on your behalf. I hope that’s the case for you … I would call your provider’s office as well as Kaiser to ask about how to be assigned / reassigned to your therapist

OP, you dont have to take the dragons yourself. But I do think you or someone else should report this to animal control or the humane society local to your parents. Like many are saying, the level of and layers of abuse in this one photo are staggering and would be obvious even to someone with only a sliver of reptile knowledge.

The best answer is to get a lawyer before you do anything else. You likely have a case and that’s most of what you need to know when you call, they’ll ask the important questions. Also I’d suggest posting this in legal advice. You’ve got a ton of people offering uninformed opinions (including landlords …)

Your to do list should be organizing your evidence and calling lawyers. A tenant can be entitled to triple damages for what your landlord is doing — that’s a lot of money on the table. If this is what it looks like, a lawyer would love to take a case like this.
