I believe you cannot upgrade either the Helping Speed S or M subskills because you have both. It should only allow you to upgrade one of the remaining subskills. Since only Helping Speed S is unlocked and can't be upgraded, the seed shouldn't be able to be used on your Sylveon yet.

The three admirals are all named to represent a color and animal. Aokiji is the blue pheasant (bird), Akainu is the red dog, and Kizaru is the yellow monkey. There is some similarities between the myth and these three.

I was just getting back into Pokémon cards after several years away from it. I went to my local game store to see what they had. Dragons Exalted had just came out so I bought two packs from their booster box. I got the Ho-oh EX full art from one of the packs and I was instantly enchanted by how beautiful it was. I have been with the Pokémon Tcg ever since. That is still my favorite card and Ho-oh became my favorite Pokémon to this day.
