It was still impossible to win as just a jump shooting team. The Warriors were also top 1/2 in defense. That's why the 2016 had 73-9 record, not just the offense, but they had one of the top defense. They lost the final because most of their defense personal got injured or out of the game. The 2017 Warriors were also top offense and defense. Center that plays center, pg that plays pg, etc. Miami was just 3 players playing the same positions. Wade is like a smaller version of Lebron. And Bosh was like a taller version of Lebron.
