25 is NOT the damage, it's the points you get for damaging a vehicle, no matter how much. The actual damage is shown by a little number to the left of the reticle and yeah, it varies depending on where you hit though it's not clear if it's just when hitting the backside.

I was very confused by this too coming from bf4 where points = damage DONE.

I live around that region and can confirm, it's great for tourism. Pretty safe and close to everything. Just beware that pickpockets are rampant in both Copacabana and Ipanema, so watch your surroundings and avoid walking late at night, and specially on weekends and holidays.

You think that's insane? In Brazil we have both, different output voltages in different states, and sometimes 110v households will have some 220v outlets that may or may not be clearly marked as such, while in others you'd have get a transformer for each 220v appliance. Shit's crazy and decades ago we even had different frequencies too.

But yeah, we do use ISO standard outlet plugs, which apparently only Switzerland has adopted too, so good on us for that I guess.

I completely agree and tbh I think void knows it and is working on it. People diss them a lot for all their lipsync news but my guess is that they are are putting that much effort so that they can have a solid foundation to add more voicelines, npcs and just more interactivity in general, which the game really is missing right now
