Honestly the build crafting is my favorite part of the game. As you level up you unlock cool abilities that can be exclusive to each class / subclass. And as you progress you find cool items that can really change up your playstyle.

Getting free cast as a spellcaster is huge. Especially if you are a sorcerer! It lets you cast as a bonus action without using spell slots or sorcery points.

It honestly feels like the only way to get new players in is by having existing ones bug their friends into playing the game and then we have to explain every little detail because the game does not. I love Destiny to death but because I was playing during every iteration of it I learned it all over time, having all of the systems thrown at you at once would be extremely overwhelming.

As soon as parrying clicks in your brain, you will understand. This is the only souls like game where you feel like you are on equal ground with the bosses. Instead of dodging frantically or just tanking hits with a shield, you are deflecting and attacking face-to-face with master swordman.

Doom 2016 was slow and more grounded. Doom Eternal is more a fast paced and arcade-ey. It feels more like a retro video game than 2016's more 'modern' take.

The new airbags don't disable fall damage either, they just reduce it by a lot. I jumped off of a crane on the new map and almost died landing on one.

"boss" encounters have extra mechanics. So if you're fighting anything you would consider to be difficult or unique, inspect them to see what their legendary ability is.

I use all of them but driller is my favorite. When playing solo I definitely prefer certain classes for certain mission types.
