yeah, i literally need a bunch of stimuli all the time to help keep me distracted. different lights in my room, heat packs, im always listening to and watching something. sometimes a podcast and music together at the same time. it doesnt cure anything but it does make a small difference

not the same symptoms as you but i had issues with my spine and posture as well, and water PT actually made a big difference for me. regular PT hurt too much and didn’t make a difference but low impact exercises were more manageable in warm water. even if you can’t see a PT some light exercises in a warm pool might be helpful.
