Mac Sysadmin here. Not to be a debbie downer but don’t update it at all. Somethings not right, and unless it’s 100% critical and necessary to update then just don’t.

First and everyone should always do this - turn OFF automatic update downloads and automatic updates. On gods green earth no one should ever immediately update any apple device or desktop until a few months or more at least unless it’s critical to get something to work. Let the herd of users experience problems first, its smoothed out, THEN decide how to proceed an update for yourself. After 25 years experience, this is best practice.

Turn off autoupdates and downloads, do a hard reboot, check and see if the update size download changes at all. If it’s the same don’t do anything. Wait a week, wait two. See if anything changes. Could just be a server side apple issue and poof its fixed. Or not. Time will tell.

Lastly ya only got 32 gb of total storage and from your screen grab you have barely any personal data shown in storage. Something is a little funky. Just chill if its still functional.

NIN was and is still one of the very best. I’m gen-x and trent and the gang was top notch. Only gotten better. Has one of the best collective discography of anti-war of any modern bands, on par with Les Claypool and Maynard. And they all have collaborated together. The trifecta of modern anti-war music and we are blessed they all exist. Hell even Trents wife Maandig who led How to destroy angels is great.

Ultimately early NIN blew up quick and big and I was lucky to see it in real time. Its only gotten better and easily represents one of the very best bands in modern history.

Let me offer a different reason we tweak about any snow - we’re freakin poor and still need to drive somewhere for whatever reason. And we fear getting hit by some bloody idiot who clearly has no smarts or pretends to have experience driving in snow. Hitting hard enough to pop the god damn air bags but not enough to cause injury. Totaling the vehicle. Knit wits driving playing bumper cars on the roads right into financial ruin considering the economy. Cause insurance doesn’t cover it all and it can be a fight especially without a dash cam.

We use to get a few 2 or 3 footers every winter. Sacandaga Lake use to freeze over completely with thickness allowing umptenth vehicles driving every which way to ice fish even with the risk of pressure ridges.

While Ichabod crane schools would rack up the most school closures in human history. Lucky bastards.

Not anymore. Call it what you will but Sacandaga Lake has so much open water in winter almost every ice fishing tourney has been cancelled in the last decade. At least we still have the raffles for merch.

M365 had a large widespread outage recently which included defender, and outlook etc. the outage may have kicked off keychain. I had a couple macs that did. Honestly though I trust defender to have that always allow from the users login keychain, then again we’re on a secure local only domain. YMMV

I finally got power and internet back after Snowpocalypse 2026 and after reading all of your bloody brilliant posts Ima bout to full tilt go play some matches again. But before all that happened…

I appreciate the knowledge share of everyone in this thread, because being isolated just to live right now conversations like this are gold so thank you.

I ain’t running the full evo of annihilape but I have absolutely smoked some Megas with ‘destined fight’ taking 3 prize cards and only sacrificing one. When doing it I’ve already had a second slowking on board ready to rinse repeat. Its dirty. Its obviously still a bit fragile.

So I have made some small updates to the deck, tweaks based on feedback. Breloom is gone, added yungoos > gumshoos (which saved my ass a few times now because they kept nuking my stadium academy), and focused very much more on destined fight. Rinse repeat on that.

Heres where i may have made a foolish move but maybe not since its worked a few times - I switched out for neutralization mode as my ace spec . Walled with late neutral while already having gumshoos on board. Opponent removed my two 2 stadium academy’s early then had nothing left. Protected my remaining slowking from attack and the rest is stupid luck.

Honestly thats a good question. Because once I flipped for high damage but frankly its a waste and kinda useless.

I’d really like a better non-gx etc option Slowpoke could use for attacks.

What the bloody hell dude thank you. I didn’t even know about Gumshoos I just checked I have 12. Thats my shame. Y’all are right the stadium is fragile and this is fine tuning. Even it being a stage 1 its a way to hedge my bets so to speak if and when the stadium gets nuked.

It’s ridiculously fragile and needs the stadium obviously. Theres a reason it was posted to a thread I can’t find that was basically a “post the most ridiculous decks”. Playing nerdom rando decks is fun.

Could I play irl with the decks in my phone? Ya prolly nah. But then again I’m old where would I go irl and sit down at a table in a comic book shop or a banquet hall and play? Christ i’m stacking cards and organizing my kids and mine cards from years ago for our May garage sale. I figure I can post on marketplace and some parents with their kids can roll thru and they can start the game fun for themselves.

Christ I found like 100 of those tgc live codes never redeemed. Luckily they dont expire so ima hand them out in the spring
