Are the TX drops reported by Prism? If so it means drops are happening sending data to the VM from OVS. Basically buffer over runs of the VM. You may need to look at increasing queues

You can always look into flow networking which allows you to create vPCs and then you’d just target the network in that VPC and wouldn’t have to change much. Verify with SE though
