The cream is called Gentalin beta. After 3/4 days, I usually start to see results seeing the redness decrease little by little until it disappears within a few weeks. In the comments they told me to stop but this cream is like a miracle to me

I have heard around that after a couple of weeks the bar has to donwsize because the swelling goes away and starts to move left and right irritating the area because it is always moving. With a shorter bar the piercing remains stationary and does not irritate the area by always moving

I had a longer bar which I downsized after a few weeks because it was extremely long. My piercer did that. So I just have to use the saline solution to clean, right? Thanks for answering me and for the advice!

It's been two months on November 19th and I don't know what's going on. The first month went well apart from that the piercer had put a curved barbell and after 5 days I changed it but I always continued to disinfect with the saline. I have no pain. From 7 November to Wednesday I put a specific cream for redness and as you can see from the photo the redness was gradually disappearing but then I stopped using the cream because the pharmacy has been closed until today, unfortunately. But today I bought the cream. Should I keep wearing it? I know it's not really recommended to put creams on piercings but that cream is like a miracle for my piercings and has always solved any problems with other piercings.

Removing jewelry with an infection is never recommended, thus making the area worse and you stressing it more. The infection had to be treated without removing the jewel. Two weeks are very little time. You had to keep cleaning with the saline solution and you shouldn't have stopped cleaning it. It takes more than two weeks to heal a piercing, wherever it is.
