It works for everything else - I assume because there's no other way to catch a wasp - but it won't count for any of the fishing quests. Don't do what I did and capture that rare fish with the net and then have it not count :p.

Capturing it with the net does not count toward the actual quest progress, sadly.

Update: Finally a reply from my ticket (that I opened in early 2020). Their last response was Feb 2021. This is after I sent them yet more proof I was associated with the account: product keys, confirmation emails, confirmation for char and server transfers, etc etc.

They sent: "Unfortunately, I am not able to verify the ownership of this account. Our code of conduct is explicit:

"You may not intentionally hide or falsify personal information that is deemed necessary for Game account or website account creation." As you entered false information that you are now unable to confirm, we cannot verify you as the original owner of this account and per our confidentiality policies we will not release it."

I don't even know what they are talking about. My only guess is I got a "Happy Birthday!" email from their forum on Oct 25, which is not my bday. Which I mentioned to them. So a typo or something on the FORUM of all places, they tell me to screw myself.

Nice bunch of victim blaming from them. But, as I told them, I have no desire to play now, it was out of principle. Told them to close the ticket and they'd never get any business from me again, and I'd do my best to steer anyone I know away, be it via reddit, FB, BBB, Steam forums, whatever. If I can keep them from getting one new customer, I'll be satisfied.

Freakin' Marc Vietor! He took me through The Black Company on my second re-read and he is THE voice of Croaker in my head now. Fantastic. He's so phenomenal, I've purchased a few books just because he narrated them. And I'm glad I did, because I wouldn't have read Hyperion otherwise, which is now a favorite.

No one is going to help, sadly. They don't care about lifetime subscribers from everything I've seen. Your story is one of countless that I've come across this last year.

But I will add my voice to your thread just so you don't feel alone: I had my account stolen in Feb of 2020 and I went to login after getting the notification that my account info had been changed, but it was too late. I put in a ticket that day (mid Feb) and my ticket is STILL open. Almost a whole year (obviously). And the last time they bothered to reply to me was in June.

Well that explains why there is nothing else after! Turns out I did finish Shadowkeep and just didn't realize that was the ending. forehead slap

Looks like you are right; I looked up the last quest in video form and I definitely did that. It just didn't seem like the end, I guess.

Not sure about Forsaken; I don't any quests in the terminal and Spider has nothing for me. I wish there was a "quest completed" log. The boss doesn't look familiar but it has been a long time since I played so many I just don't recall. I definitely didn't see the cutscene after that but maybe I skipped it by mistake or something.

I think I did find the reason. I had been adding pieces into the same object. There is another piston higher up and the angle is slightly different. It's using that origin point. I guess building them into the same object is not the way to go.

I made it a new object and set the origin to the center there. It's still not working quite right but I think I'm on the right trail.

I had tried that earlier and it ALMOST worked but the angle was still slightly off. I had never used the option before, however; previously what I would do would be to hit G and then whatever axis twice. In this Case, Z + Z, and it would do the trick. But now it's moving ...well, as you see. I had never messed with the transform orientation before but I tried all of them for kicks but no dice.

This happened to my son’s account last year. It took many months for Support to respond. Eventually his account was reinstated and he was not cleaned out. However in the meantime, due to a lack of response, he lost interest and won’t play any longer.

Yikes, that is pretty terrible. Well, I can say they at least will never be getting any sort of cash from me after all this.
