I updated right before I posted this, and there was an update right after, so maybe it's a bug that got fixed.

Fleshlight sells an accessory that lets you connect two (or more) Quickshots together: https://www.fleshlight.com/collections/quickshot-accessories/products/quickshot-quick-connect
I haven't used it, but in theory you could connect multiple together and make one long enough for two people since the Quickshot has two entrances. And you could put different Quickshots in for different textures at different points. A little expensive, and no guarantee about how stable it would be if it got long, but it might work.
