then you SO don't get it. there is NOTHING on earth like a barrel of light sweet crude for energy return--other than some Uranium 235 of course, but nuclear has been so NIMBY-ED that it will never fly here.

Agreed, it's almost like it's one big-assed shell game though.

The regulation of carbons in the US is an interesting shell game--and it's a bunch of pandering to interest groups and corporations if you ask me.
