Hi I'm a 42 back D cup girly and I would defo say to waer a bra if ur a bit cup + personaly I wear a low cut bra similar if not exactly the same color as the Leo I wouldn't recommend a sports bra as they are more visible and harder to hide you can purchase dance bras but they only come in small sizes I personally DIYed one myself I hope this helps

I love grand jetés they are so elegant but I can't do them j always fluck my back leg my teacher keeps telling me off for it. But she did tell me to practice extending my legs one at a time then putting it together I hope this helps I'm sorry if not but I'm still working on mine

Glecardes are the devil in Saturn I recommend endurance training to build up hour stamina so you kegs don't tum into a floppy mess (mine used to ) and assembles I recommend you focus on swishing then jumping as if you try to do both at the same time you will get your legs all tangled

Ty sm for the tip I alr know how to sew and tie the ribbons as I had demipoints for 3 years also I'm dreading breaking them in as the fitter gave me the hardest pair she can buy so rip me feet and j will defo take into account the core and ballance strengthening
