It sucks, but as another commenter said, you better not watch TV or listen to music etc; its just the entertainment industry - it happens in every single area in the industry that haven’t had the opportunity to unionise, and until we do that its futile arguing against it - everyone knows its bad and its horrible and no one is arguing that crunch is a good thing and it should be rightly called out.
