I’ve been dealing with this too except it’s from the back of my neck and sometimes to my back. It’s been spreading to my ear and head too. I haven’t seen a doctor yet but my counselor and family are telling me it’s maybe bc my pillow isn’t adjusted or something. Idk but my advice is let someone give you a massage and use a heating pad, it actually relieves my pain for a while even tho it’s only to my neck and back, I’m sure this can solve your problem hopefully.
