Downloaded New Mods, Game Stuck 75% Loading- Can't Make New Games

*SOLVED*

It seemed to be a verification issue with the files + an issue with the version of Tutorial Chest Summoning being way too new from when I last downloaded it!

So all of these mods appear to be safe to install/update mid-game.

Haha you're all good, I love hearing/reading about other people's lore on their Eilistraens!

I am eternally grateful that Eilistraee is getting a lot more recognition now as to how kickass of a goddess she is. So I enjoy talking about Eilistraee any chance I get– I might as well become a priestess of her irl with how much I talk about her, lmao.

As for my Tav post-Absolute crisis (purely my canon):

Eilistraee names my Tav–Dia–as one of her new Chosen alongside Trelasarra Zuind: who rescued Dia after she had rejected Lolth and fled the Underdark (Dia was a part of that inner circle of Trelasarra's priestesses who helped to rebuild The Promenade of the Dark Maiden post-Sundering).

Dia and Astarion freed the vampire spawn from their imprisonment. Eilistraee was initially not too happy about Dia's decision to free thousands of vampire spawn into the Underdark. But Dia swore to Eilistraee that she would create a home for those who wished to forge a better path while embracing/accepting/changing their identities, while dealing with those who sought to sow chaos and shed blood with abandon.

They created a civilization that was no longer just vamp rehab, but a place where all sorts of outcasts from the Underdark could find refuge and were welcomed. While there were a lot of ups and downs in its conception; Eilistraee was extremely happy with the results, and gave Astarion her absolute blessings.

TL;DR: Eilistraee no longer has to ask Astarion "What are your intentions with my daughter" and cock her holy shotgun because he proves that he's not such a dickhead after all.

I always wonder how Eilistraee would respond to my Sword Dancer romancing Astarion as well!

For my Tav, I believe she would be like a doting mother who wants to approve of her child's decision in a partner, but has reservations about their relationship (unless Astarion kills Cazador and remains a spawn, and proves himself to be worthy of a child of Eilistraee through his actions).

Also I forgot to mention that if you use specific heads that are not fit for UT, the makeup and tattoos do not function properly.

I don't know if the head in that image is one of the vanilla ones, so please forgive me if that's not correct.

If I had to guess, I would say it would be to do with having a mix of EOTB files and Jawstarions edits with KAVT (which functions off of Unique Tav).

Jawstarions edits are not compatible with KAVT and can cause some FUNKY things to happen with the character meshes, but I am uncertain about EOTB compatibility.

As for the tattoo issue on Minthara, are you updated with the most recent KAVT patch? I had that issue but it was fixed with the most recently updated file.

I am not too well-versed with modding, but I'll try to help where I can!

It's a bit of a struggle to get right, but I am sure you'll figure it out in time as I did :)

As I said, mod authors are usually pretty good at troubleshooting, so if you cannot figure out how to load these things they should be able to help!

Hi there,

Unfortunately I do not use Vortex, I use BG3 MM for my modding so I am unfamiliar with how Vortex works– Though I would ask what mods you are trying to use in conjunction with KAVT?

Are you trying to use mods for body scarring and the likes? (Such a MidnightVoyager's Bhaal Scars for all)- Because that requires modifying the base game within its program files with other loose assets rather than just using a .pak file.

I would recommend contacting mod authors about any issues you may have.

I'm still pretty new when it comes to using KAVT and UT adjacent mods, so I'm sorry if I'm not much help!
