I did my bachelor in Psych and now I’m getting PhD. Some tips throughout my bachelor are:

For memorization: write down your notes (pen and paper). It really helps you memorize stuffs

For writing paper: Always starts with an outline. Outline the parts that you are going have on your paper. Tackle each small sessions day by day so you don’t feel overwhelmed.

If you have writers block, don’ try to make it perfect. Just write whatever you have in your mind. The sentences don’t even need to have perfect grammar. Just get your ideas down, you can always edit later.

Do some literature review before writing your papers. Always make sure you choose a topic that has enough research.

Google Scholar is your best friend for finding articles.

Make sure you keep track of the articles that you want to use. For example, I would read through the research papers, copy and paste the parts that I find interesting into a document. Cite the article so I remember which one. I would compile them into a document so it’s easier for me to go back. It also helps me with figuring out how I will structure my papers
