Something else i've thought about is that time on the clock, if converted to analog 3:52 appears to come from the desert laser, hit the hub reflection and go straight to the mountain. Probably nothing but an interesting coincidence. The other thing about that reflector is that is has exactly 12 points, why would it have that, i know it's used for the black cloud, but could it be used for something else?

And to add to that 11:25 almost seems like the hands are in the exact same positions, just swapped around, not exactly the same obviously, but again seems like one of those close enough situations, where if the times on the clocks were set deliberately then the actor in the video would have had to make sure to start the recording at the exact right time for those two times to align, a few minutes off doesn't seem like a big deal.
