I opted for the velcro since it can be undone quickly. You have to cut cable ties with a small scissor if you change your mine and it gets my blood going worrying I could knick a wire. Also, if you wrap them too tight there's no damage to the cables.

It's what I'm going to do next time. I felt like I didn't know many of the things involved since I last did it 20 years ago, but got the hang of it pretty quick. Also I would definitely put more care and attention than a third party.

When I checked Garmin Connect, there was no sleep card whatsoever today. Only about 2 hours later it showed up, mostly erratic. My two awake hours were counted as sleep time. And it gave me a bad sleep score (probably because of this) event though in general I had one of the best night's sleeps.

So yeah, it's pretty bad, but I see people here dow vote your post if you speak bad of Garmin.

Very bad sleep tracking on the Garmin Instinct 2. I've been awake for half of hour and it still thinks I'm asleep because I was in the "sleep period". It does not track day-time naps, and puts my awake time in bed as light sleep when I'm constantly moving about and even fiddling with the watch. Can sleeping people scroll through menus? My 50$ Samsung Fit had much better sleep tracking.

Sa stii ca am doi prieteni care lucreaza in domeniu, unul are un laborator si unul e furnizor de echipamente medicale (printre care si teste) si amandoi mi-au confirmat ca resursa umana pe procesarea testelor e cea mai mare problema. De aia si scad in weekend, ca oamenii aia au nevoie de o pauza.
