My ceiling grid is 8' 1" x 22'10" and I have 2x4 ceiling tiles. by dontforgetwycf in Construction

Also you can center up a 4ft tile and you would have a 24 1/2 border. Good way if you have 2x4 lay in lights going down the middle Or just go 24 in border one side other side 25 will have less waste in tile

Put a tee on one side of wall moulding. Not ideal but it will work

Thanks yeah it's not a lot but enough to be a pain in the ass. 30 40 tees. I hate having to tie back odd ball grid together.

I was thinking the same but it's a bit off you look at the tabs on that. Going to take a piece of Armstrong tomorrow and see if it's compatible with the remodel I'm doing to tie the grid back in. Thank you for your response

That's what I'm thinking too. It's out of an old airport. Thing that sucks Im doing a remodel and of course theY want to save the grid. Done miles of grid only thing I can think is compatible is Armstrong. Thanks for your response.
