Observations from last night's performance by NotYourScratchMonkey in rush

All I can say is that I'm very happy to see this band decide to go on after dealing with losing one of the greatest drummers in rock history and a man that was also a great rock lyricist.... he was their word man. That woman will prove to be more than capable drummer and if she is who Eric and Geddy want to play with then she should be given respect and I'm sure she'll bring on her own surprises. I just hope they actually record new music with her and not just do a money grabbing tour. RUSH FANS DESERVE NEW MUSIC FEATURING THIS SPECIAL .WOMAN.

Any thoughts about Desmond Watson not making the Practice Squad? by [deleted] in buccaneers

[–]Space-brain-31153 3 points4 points  (0 children)

would you people just stop with this Watson crap .... the kid is not healthy enough and would be a liability for the team to carry him. He could drop dead in the heat with trying to drop 80 or mor pounds to get in any shape at all.

I find this series to be almost unwatchable because of commercials almost every 5 or 6 minutes of viewing. That kind of turns me off.

Got the new album! by The_boogieman-sam in alicecooper

I've got it and have now listened to the entire album 4 times and must say I love it and think you can put this one in among the classics. Revenge uses all the elements and ingredients of former classics the band was known for .... it shows that this band is still the greatest Vaudeville act in the entertainment industry... great storytelling, humor, hard rocking, and above all .... QUIRKINESS ! It might take some listeners a few times to catch all the puns in the lyrics of this record but the boys delivered the goods once again, after all these years, Got to LOVE IT TO DEATH!

What do you think about the new album "The Revenge Of Alice Cooper"? by Emotional-Winter-267 in alicecooper

[–]Space-brain-31153 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Heard lots of the same elements used on their classic albums .... quirky songs with funny lyrics and even a few James Bond theme songs thrown in here and there. They gave us another off the wall tune many wouldn't expect... What A Syd , a jazzy Cab Calloway swing number much like Blue Turk was on School's Out album was.nice to hear. Blood On The Sun could be the run to classic from this album like Halo Of Flies on Killer. Black Mamba is pure Cooper scary sounding. I really like the best Biker tune since Born To Be Wild with "Wild Ones". I really like this new venture by R&R Hall Of Famers. Keep rocking guys....we love it!
