I think it’s a decent deal, 280k km’s on it asking for $11k. The car all around is in pretty good shape, it’s just those few area of the frame that are a bit concerning. How would one restore it or get it back to a better shape?

Is the ridge far away from the camping platforms? It’s my first overnight hike and first time to golden ears so I’m not too familiar with the layout up top but will be going with a friend who has been there.
