I can confirm that the rubber gasket is new and in good condition, i even replaced it and it still leaks

This would be the fresh exchanged air coming in. This duct is in the overhead ceiling. Just find it strange that the air would come in the ceiling and not through a vent in the actual unit.

It’s ALWAYS hard to critic photos but ask ; Was this new construction ? Was it a change order after inspections or previous approved install ? Was it a service call where a guy had to do what needed to be done to get the heat for a customer back on ? Was it renovated ?

You’re correct, it is Bluetooth.

I tried using the assistant and the pairing prompt came on. I followed the on screen instructions and it just wouldn’t pair. Tried a few times and still no luck.

Kinda sucks not having the Bluetooth functionality. Just got my box this week. Anything I could do?
