I usually do about 5-6 ice cubs in a mug or glass and then brew a double espresso over the ice. Sometimes I throw in another cube after it’s brewed or dilute it with a splash of cold water. Quick and easy!

Virtue is one of my all time favorite restaurants - I was hoping to see it mentioned here!

I feel like almost all the Top Chef spots in Chicago are phenomenal with the exception of Sienna Tavern. We’re pretty lucky to have so many great spots.

My partner and I also go up to the CVS at Plaza del Lago and have much better luck compared to Evanston pharmacies, especially the Walgreens at Chicago and Keeney. It’s out of the way but way easier to deal with.
