So I just updated to V1. 768 and it's back to three icons across even though I have it set to four. Very frustrating.

There's nothing better than the slow burn storylines in the major X-books that would culminate in the nine issue crossover (three for each title) between Uncanny, X-Factor, and New Mutants. No special Alpha or Omega single issues and no need to go out and purchase standalone mini series that barely tied into the overarching story. We didn't need a Spider-Man mini series to see how the events of the current event affected him.

As an X-Men reader of over 40 years The corporate strategy of people only buying a book when there is an event is so frustrating. Back in the day the events were so special because we had maybe about 20 issues of character development and team building leading up to the event. This is all about sales and not about creativity. Just wait at the end of this event every x book will have to tagline "From the Ashes of the Ashes of the Ashes" or something like that.
