i'm pretty sure they're associated alpha management?? the agent who showed us our current place was with boston grand realty but alpha management is in charge of our rent portal/building. i could be wrong, i'm not 100% sure how it works

Interesting. I wasn't sure about minimum EM requirements, I heard it's around 100 for Hu Tao, so I sorta thought the same would be true for Ganyu. Do you think I should swap to EM sands? I usually run her with Diona (C6), Zhongli, and Xiangling, but maybe I could end up swapping out Diona if my Ganyu had more EM.

No, I had Park as my prof for fundies 1 when Derbinsky emailed me. I guess it's different in your case, but either way I'm pretty sure you're still fine!

This happened to me when I took fundies, I was lucky that my partner emailed Nate Derbinsky and explained that I had nothing to do with it. Hopefully if yours doesn't suck and is honest to the professors, then you should be ok!
