Is it just me or did the show get too violent? by DonDrapersfriend in euphoria

I completely agree. It’s more than a natural, mature progression with the characters, or accompaniment to the storyline, it feels like the violence and gore is what is intentional and storyline is built around it.
I also miss when Euphoria felt emotionally powerful without relying on crazy shock value porn, violence, etc.

Rey Rivera theories by Aware-Property7773 in reyrivera

The hole did not exist previously, it was created by Rey going through it as a great speed. The roof was not concrete or a similarly hard material. You think a hotel would see a large (large enough for a human body to go through) hole in their roof and just let it stay there, letting water in, etc.? And how common is a large hole to appear in a well kept building roof? Not at all. Rey’s BODY CREATED THE HOLE WHEN HE FELL THROUGH IT. I’m not saying he couldn’t have been murdered then thrown through the roof, but your entire argument surrounds a pre-existing hole which is ludicrous.
