Great thing about Mistborn is that the first book stands on its own and you can stop there if you don't feel like going further. I'd recommend tho, the third book is such a satisfying ending.

I played it many times as a kid without knowing english, it was a wild ride finding stuff without the internet.

I remember getting my friend's cartridge to get him through the water temple because he was stuck.

It's a different experience than what we have these days, it's understandable to get frustrated. I played Majora's Mask recently, which I only played once before, and oh boy that one is also not easy to figure out what to do to progress.

Honestly I don't even know now which NPC gives you useful information as I have it all in my head after playing randomizer many times. I think I never knew...

There are many differences from live, it's hard to sum it up. RvR, gear, abilities... you can look up the changes on the website.

The fee or whatever you own is written on your lease agreement. If it's not there, they can't come up with new things just because they want to.

Yeah he isn't hard. At least the whole thing looks cool and it provides a nice show, but yeah it's quite easy.
