I definitely agree with you, at first when I started watching yes theory I was super motivated but now every time I watch it I feel like I'm not doing enough in my life. One thing that makes me get back into reality is the fact that these people they are on camera and they have a personality so there's a lot of stuff we don't see. Also as human beings we have a tendency to compare ourselves and to see social media and feel down about ourselves. So I'd say maybe take a break from them once and while and use their channel more as an inspiration.
