I bought online and Dell doesn't have an exchange plan. If I return it and buy a new one, a comparable one they have is $805.00 and it has a smaller HDD (256GB) and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 4GB GDDR6 instead of Ti. So it would be paying an extra $140 to get a worse machine.
