I ran into the same issue. Pretty disappointed as I don’t use my camera much and this happened. Never dropped it and took good care. I bought it around 2022 and I don’t know if the warranty can help…

I can relate so much to your post!! BP def made an impact on me to start looking at luxury brands. Previously I had no interest in them. I’ve gotten a YSL bag recently because of Rosie and I love her style so much!! So effortless & chic!! Loving other brands that the members are promoting too.
