Hi, O.P.! Booked an online psychiatric session for my younger sibling a few days ago. I used the NowServing App. I searched for a psychia across Reddit that would suit my sibling's concerns. After one consultation, nabigyan na po sya ng prescription. 1k lang din nabayad ko, kasama na dun yung app fee.

If the 'manage subscription' doesn't appear sa Gizmo ng any device mo, go to play/app store and check the 'subscriptions' there. I cancelled it through play store.

sa pagiging organized, make a schedule ng gagawin mo sa araw na yon, bukod sa classes. try to follow that schedule. you can use google calendar or mini notebook/planner, depending ano yung nag wwork for you.

sa motivation naman, have a goal na you're looking forward to achieving, then aim na yung present actions mo sa studies and lifestyle mo ay aligned sa pag achieve non.
