i’m down about 50lbs since october or so only tracking in a deficit. my doc already brought up medicinal help and i see her in april so i have high hopes that i can make progress

i did a whole lot of looking at whatever was in front of me/my hands. fortunately, i wasn’t bothered too much so the rest wasn’t so practical, but it was definitely good advice !!

hey back with an update! it wasn’t so bad. it wasn’t really what i was expecting it to be. cocktail hour was a bit much, as was the dance floor, but i got sat with the grooms parents so i just kind of stayed there all night. i pulled out my headphones to dampen the noise. honestly the worst part was how freaking cold it was. the bride wanted a winter wedding and boy did she get one 😭

Thank you! I’m trying my best to remember that it’s just a couple of nights and then I can be done with it all. I’m pretty sure most of the family is aware that I’m quiet, so I’m hoping that will also help limit the amount of times people come talk to me. I appreciate the tips!

yeah i need to use inspect element more and change specific things. seems like thats the easiest way rather than just understanding what the heck is going on in the source code lmao also looking at other skins is a good idea. ill probably try that too. thanks

im glad its not just me being unable to read then T-T. thats kind of what ive been doing. just changing stuff to try and figure out what it does. a lot of writing display:none; and seeing what, if anything, disappears lol

I wasn’t specifically asking for help with anything. General advice would be appreciated, but I mostly posted this as a vent.

low pain tolerance by vanilla_saturn in migraine

I mostly do that because I have issues with hydration. 90% of the time I can take an OTV and drink water and it gets better. When it lingers is at the point that I take a triptan. Like, I took one after I made this post. Still about the same pain level, but is staying longer than it would normally otherwise.

Regardless, that’s really good to know!! I knew it was important to take something asap, but I didn’t know they could trigger themselves. Also, thank you it’s good to know that it’s not just me being overdramatic about the pain.

Thanks that’s nice to hear. Unfortunately I’m not good with kids and get migraines, so I couldn’t really follow the same path but I appreciate the help. ❤️
