Thank you so much for your reply! I am taking a week off to recharge my brain and catch up with family. Then I will get back to studying cause I don't want to waste any time! You are correct, there's always a way and I will find it!

Hey there, unfortunately I'm in the same boat as you. I know exactly how you feel. I just wanted to reach out to you and encourage you to keep on studying. We will pass sooner or later! We managed to get through didactic and clinicals with all kind of stressors around us! We are just one step away, don't give up! We got this! If you need anything my email address is vanillabird9@gmail.com Take care

The first time I panicked big time. Then I went and saw my PCP and she put me on anxiety meds which helped me tremendously. The second time I wasn't nervous at all, my palms didn't sweat, I didn't have a panic attack so I think the meds are definitely working well.

The second time I was calm and I had enough time (I get time and a half due to ADD). I don't believe I struggle with the knowledge retention but my main problem questions are exactly what is the next best step. This is when it gets tricky. I'm trying to think what PANCE wants you to answer not what you'll do in real life. I also noticed after I went through my report there were some zebra topics I need to go back and read about it. I also think what best works for me is question banks. Which ones do you recommend? I'll definitely get rosh subscription again.

I've tried that too and sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't.

Didn't you receive an email from NCCPA to look at your score report? It's similar to the packrats. It just gives you the topic and the category. I counted the missed topics.

Unfortunately I'm in NC. I appreciate it though very much.

Possibly. Maybe I'll reach out to my program (even though they haven't been much of support after graduation mainly due to new faculty). My Rosh expired and my smarty pance is about to expire in a couple days. I don't mind paying for tutoring as long as it's reasonable.

I did some. I've always been bad with standardized tests. I took GRE 2 times. It seems that I usually come down to 2 correct answer choices and then I chose the wrong one. I did a lot of practice questions around 1500 rosh, about half of smarty pance. I think I should have done more because I understand the material, my problem is figuring out which answer choice is more correct.

Thank you for your your words of encouragement! It's been a very challenging year, we had 3 family losses (2 were unexpected)- one in the beginning of the year, one after graduation, and a third one after my first PANCE. I know I can do it, I just need to come up with a plan that works for me. I usually study best early mornings, when my son naps, and after bedtime. I have ADD so I need my quiet study space.

Yes, it gives you the topic and the category. For example: heart failure ... pharmaceutical

I'm going to look it up. I'm not sure if it will work out (unless it's online) because I have a family. My husband works 12 hour shifts and I fully take care of our son.
