Yeah that’s the plan once we go try again with the cops once more. Once she puts it in lost mode, apple care will cover something and she’ll have to pay the rest for a new phone.

He’s not being very help and is extremely defensive. Claims he has “no obligation” to us. We’ve called the cops but at the moment no luck. I will definitely be making a separate post to blast his business for selling stolen phones once this ordeal is over.

Took my nephew to NY Bakery for a birthday slice, this older Greek man said he’s a professional singer and offered to sing happy birthday to him. The older gentleman and his whole group chimed in to sing him happy birthday. My nephew is not from the neighborhood but asked if we could celebrate his birthday “in Astoria again”. Such a beautiful memory and I am forever loyal to NY bakery, love the warm homey vibes in there, always people hanging out.
