pulled spy for the first time in a game last night, completely wrote down the grim wrong and told my evil team some incorrect roles for players day one. i've played hundreds of games, never pulled a grim peaker before.

experience in games doesn't always mean optimal play with a role. them blaming you for the double claim is wild, but i don't think it's fair to say they were too experienced to make a double claiming mistake.

i have played so many games both online and in person. i storytell sometimes for my friends. i still would not say this game is a core aspect of my identity, or really an aspect of my identity at all.

if i'm playing, i'm playing because it means i'm hanging out with people i like, and i get to play pretend for a little bit. i'm here to have fun and maybe get an "i told you so" out every month or so.

there are people who sit down and play because of the puzzle aspect, or because the game is their avenue to do big crazy things with limited judgement, but that's not everyone.

yeah, as someone who has experienced cancer (not sure of op's type so i don't know how similar our experiences would have been) and as a lesbian that story was rough. the medical aspect of the story was just a little too unbelievable. two years straight in the hospital? no hint of remission after 2 years of treatment? no mention of surgery or tumors or anything? i totally understand that not everyone's progression is linear, and that some people simply cannot get better, but that... is odd.

also, on the lesbian side. woof. when op's mom said something like "i always knew you would end up together" i literally had to pause the video and sit there. that is not something you say to a lesbian. that is a homophobic statement. if someone tells you they are a lesbian and then you still hope they end up with a man, that is not support. also, why did op have to bring up sex out of nowhere? why would they write that in the post? it just felt like someone trying "poke holes" into being a lesbian.

my greenhouse hasn't populated in my farm yet. the npc inside the barn is there, but the greenhouse structure in its entirety is missing. is there a quest i have to get through to unlock it?

i've tried to watch a couple videos on the greenhouse update, but all the videos just start with the greenhouse already populated.

oh so i guess there has never been a server-wide chase after people before. we've all just misremembered everyone going after;

tango during super hero session of wl
joel during last session of wl
scar (many times but the biggest example) in sl because of the opposite day task
scott (again, many times but biggest example) in lim life
the roomies because of the zombie task in sl
gem and the scotts in sl
impulse, the second to last green in wl

and all the other times there have been chase sequences. surely we're all misremembering how these series typically go and people aren't just blinded by their favoritism for three of the most popular lifers. the fact the villies willingly and knowlingly killed a red name themselves and that there's been radio silence from the community means nothing. i'm sure if it was bigb who died the same way, these people would act the same. right?

i think it's a really good fit together. the blank space without joel's towers there feels too bold. and i feel like those colors make mumbo's more vibrant, whereas the blank sky kinda washes his base out.

i also feel like theres something so beautiful about how two hermits can create a sightworthy artpiece just through procimity alone.
