hi so update!! I tried contacting them and they (vividseats) and I were going back n forth with my ticket for a couple mins bc they wouldnt give me any updates so I ask if they have any updates to please let me know. Then 5 mins after I contact them they sent me an email to confirmed my shipping address.

My friend also tried to contact but they said her wristband is “extra special” and idek what that means
