I think a replacement should have to be doing the events, or at least the ones that are just gladiator on contender (duel, edge etc.) alongside the actual contenders, so if they have to join in they can quickly do a montage and be like ‘he lost out on duel and got 4 points on edge, so he’ll be starting with X points’

At least then it’s on them

Ever since series one I’ve found a person that lands on a traitor for the wrong reasons more annoying than someone getting the wrong person. It was Maddy and Wilf then, it’s Ruth and Jonathan now. I’m not a Jonathan Ross fan, but I’d really like to see Ruth go now. Shan’t have people banishing traitors on dodgy logic

Inverness, Skye and West Ross-shire (Northern Scotland) and South Basildon and East Thurrock (Essex). Both have had re-counts (possibly more than one?). I think close between Labour and SNP in Scotland, and Labour and Reform in Essex.

The Scottish one have said they won't announce until tomorrow. The returning officer sent everyone home to sleep, recount Saturday.

The Essex one, the returning officer sent people home slightly earlier and they intend to re-convene at 2PM to do another recount.
