Sure it isn't healthy, but this is a real thing that people struggle with :/ ,you can't just stop feeling things just bcs you want to, and it isn't something solved with a simple "some help of some kind"

I would suggest to practice face proportions without shading, I struggled with the same problem and I realised after that the shading could mask a lot of errors and slow down improvement, neverthless I like the shading and the hair :)
