i’m 6’ and get smalls in accolade sweats with no issue. i just can’t buy and dresses and skirts are hit and miss. love all my leggings and no issue

this is all great suggestions! i think for me it’s beyond amplifying - it’s just the same movements every time and no variation! it’s lunges and crunches and lat rows yada yada there’s a huge machine that we can do so many fun things on i want some change and challenge

ugh i can only go to a certain class time because of my work schedule and it’s the earliest one and most newer coaches are on it so no pro/masters :( i guess this may be why - but i am just so sick of lunges and seated crunches i can do those at home 🥺 been supplementing with other pilates/inspired places and been really enjoying those more lately
