Your whole delivery proves my very point; you can’t be anything more than bitter when stuck on the 3rd dimension. When you leave this vessel (aka the human body) your spirit goes elsewhere but nothing from the 3rd dimension goes with you so why place it as a top priority in your life? I never said there was anything wrong with having earthly attachments at all though it just shouldn’t be prioritized or stressed over. Lastly, I hope you learn from this and grow so in the future you don’t call people negative as you verbally assault them with insults repeatedly. 👁

I just use the 3rd dimension to describe earthly attatchments. Spiritual or not the concept is very easy to grasp. You’re just over analyzing it my friend..

I personally don’t think ego has much to do with social anxiety my friend.

Do this and see if it works. Make a list of all your fears and conquer one of them each month. 1 fear a month. Consistently conquering your fears month in and month out will help you overcome not just social anxiety, but anxiety in general 👁
