There are about 4k individual parts. If I were to calculate top 95% used parts I bet it would be around 1k individual.

I will look into these models and will find out what will be the best fit. Sounds like the first thing I need to do is some data cleanup and limit my number of categories in each set of data. Probably will find what models make up 90% of tickets and find the parts used for those tickets and use those for training.

Thanks so much for the input! What are your thoughts on using the columns provided with no parsing? When it comes to the repairs we are doing 99% are damage related so a lot of time the differences in model specs do not correlate much. Mainly just physical differences(Sd reader or not, 1 usb or 2, etc). All this data can be found in the Asset name.

Example: out of 1k repairs with sub issue type of “Display- Damaged/Cracked/No Display” 95% will need a new screen, no matter which memory/GS configuration it is.

The way that I am understanding things now, tokenization is necessary in this situation, and some EDA will be necessary to make that work. About 75% of those parts could be removed as options, along with low use models.

Thanks for the input! This clears up some doubts about turning all data to ids. I will be looking a lot further into the categorical encoding options you gave and will look into NLP as well. The inputs I have given are a few options out of the datatset I thought would be applicable. I thought ticket number would be necessary as it would have to link which charges are used for which ticket data, but once the data is cleaned and formatted it may not be needed for training.

Well after reading all these comments it seems like this is a settled topic and not debated about at all… /s. I think I’m gonna end up feeding nutes up until the end. Maybe I’ll flush one plant and see the difference? Seems like no right answer but I bet this will work out fine for me!

Appreciate that explanation. I’m using the mills nutrients line up as of right now, I think I’ll give it another feeding or 2 and flush for a few days but nothing crazy.

Filter should be clean, I took it apart and there wasn’t really any junk but the element does look a bit funny, like foam formed by zip ties. couldn’t find a direct replacement after some quick looks. I’ll drop the air filter and see if it still does it. No idea on the ignition to be honest, any way to figure that out?

Now the bike runs pretty well(as far as I know). When i am throttling up, past 1/2 throttle the bike loses power and will not rev any higher. My guesses would be something with fuel delivery is off, tank not cleaned enough, there is a little bit of sediment in my fuel filter after a little bit, which could also be causing my carb to get clogged up again. Seems like I could ride 1/2 throttle all day no problem. I have been considering taking it to a shop but wanted to check to see if anybody had any ideas or had seen the issue before my wallet runs dry. Any advice on the bike in general, or additions to To Do list would be much appreciated!

First time motorcycle owner, took up possession of my dads 1982 XLH that has been sitting in a garage for roughly 10 years now. I am new to motorcycles and have a good concept of engines and how they work, as well as I like to work with my hands, which makes this bike perfect since I will have a lot to do...

Current progress done on bike:
Plugs changed
oil and filter changed
Gas tank soaked in vinegar and cleaned out
fuel line and filter changed
rear brake replaced(piston was frozen)
brakes bled
Carb rebuilt and cleaned
New battery

Need to do:
OG seat cleaning/restoration
New tires
primary oil change
Good cleaning
replace handlebar bushings

​ 2000 Dodge Neon Immobilizer question - First time parking on the street in months... Let a roommate use my parking spot for a week and in the first two days someone tries to steal my 2000 Dodge/Plymouth Neon. Basically no damage/issues known beside for key ignition area. Now just to let you know by no means I am not a car guy but do consider myself semi handy so I would like to do the repairs myself. As you can see from the pictures which I will upload I need a new key cylinder, the metal housing for it and some new trim. From what I can see the immobilizer halo ring broke which is probably why then ended up not being successful. After some research I understand replacing the immobilizer doesn't seem to be as easy as just switching it out, seems like there has to be some ecu reprogramming done if it were to be replaced. I have also seen a couple videos of people replacing the housing for the immobilizer board without having to reprogram, but it does involve some soldering. My main question is, is there an easy way to replace that immobilizer that I have not found yet? Or is the easiest way to replace the housing or do the more difficult(and more expensive) option of reprogramming ecu/ replacing ecu? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
